Asian Wall Art uses FedEx to ship our products. We do not mark-up or overcharge for shipping and only charge the actual rate given to us from Fedex including any discounts we receive.

Rates will vary depending on location, but exact shipping amounts can be determined by entering a zip code in the shipping estimator in the shopping cart or by entering a shipping address during checkout.

FedEx Home(Residential) deliveries are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. FexEx Express and Ground(Commercial) shipments are delivered Monday through Friday. Packages are usually shipped out in less than 24 hours except on weekends because FedEx does not accept packages on weekends. Customers will usually receive their order in 2-5 days via ground shipping.

Our Return Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. A full refund will be issued less the original shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you.

Our Exchange Policy:
If product you received a product that was defective or it was an incorrect product, we will exchange it for the same product within 15 days of your order date.
You must first email us with the exact problem with an order confirmation number. Also please mail back the product (must include all parts or pieces of the product ordered) including a copy of your sales order, order confirmation number and details of your problem.
